Information and support for you

We understand that you may feel overwhelmed after experiencing a crime. This is completely normal, and we have specialist teams to help you make sense of what’s happened.

No situation is the same and we all cope with stress and trauma in different ways. We’ll support you as an individual, and the support and advice we give is based on your needs.

We know that people prefer to receive information and support in different ways. We therefore offer a number of options:

Digital support in your own time

If you’d prefer to find information at your own pace, you can access our digital options any time.

My Support Space

A free digital platform offering tailored information depending on the help you need and the crime you’ve experienced. Good for people who want to dip into topics and access information in different ways such as animations and videos.

Recorded webinars

15-20 minute recordings on a number of topics you may want to explore after crime. These are suited to people who want to watch to webinars in their own time and do not want to, or are not ready to, participate in live sessions.
