Adult Service

Services

What is the Adult Service?

We support anyone in London who’s been affected by a crime, at any point.

Crime can affect you in lots of different ways. However you’ve been affected, we can help.

It doesn’t matter if the crime happened to you, or to someone else.

Our support is free and confidential, and you don’t need to have reported anything to the police.

How we can support you

You can get support by downloading our self-help app, My Support Space, or by contacting us.

If you choose to contact us, we’ll ask you some questions to understand more about how crime has affected you and what support might help.

All our help is individual to you and your needs. Depending on what you need, this can include:

  • Supporting you with your wellbeing and safety;
  • speaking to the police on your behalf;
  • helping you deal with insurance companies, the council or other organisations; and
  • explaining how the criminal justice system works.
